Objective 3. Let's Shout about it
To increase footfall, spend and customer loyalty the following projects have been identified:
 
  • Town centre events such as Funny in Falkirk, Comedy Festival, Farmers' Market, Italian/French market, Christmas campaign, Charities' Day and street parties
  • Locate in Falkirk intiative, aimed at attracting new businesses to locate in Falkirk town centre
  • Tourism partnership marketing intiatives aimed at increasing tourists to Falkirk. Working in partnership with the Falkirk Wheel, the Helix, Visit Scotland and other partners.
  • Shop local campaign
  • Advertising, marketing and promotions

 
 

 
"I support the Falkirk BID because the aims of the BID are to bring benefits to Falkirk as a town centre which are important to its ongoing vitality and well-being. BID funds are aimed strategically at supporting the improvement and marketing of the town centre and thus assist its traders and businesses which can only be good for the health and future of the town we live, work and do business in."
